Jeff Surprenant is a seasoned trainer, learning designer, and product development leader with over 20 years of experience.

He is the Associate Director of Education Product Development and Learning Technology at ATD. He has worked in hospitality, travel, government, and nonprofits.

He has designed and delivered training programs on a wide variety of topics, including customer service, business skills, project management, instructional design, adult learning, and training & facilitation. Jeff also worked as an adjunct professor, delivering programs on human resource management and project management. 

He has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resource management. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
