Katie Dykstra is a human resources manager for Assurance, equipping the company’s managers with the tools, resources, and best practices to develop talent through all levels of the organization. Leveraging her 12 years of experience in human resources, she serves as a coach and mentor for Assurance’s managers, ensuring the organization continually meets its high standard for performance management, talent assessment, and employee development.

Katie’s a key driver of Assurance’s efforts to retain the top talent in the insurance industry. Katie earned her master’s degree in human resource management from Roosevelt University in 2012. She is a Certified Professional Coach, a member of the Northwest Human Resource Council’s professional development committee, and a board member of Chicago’s Best & Brightest advisory.
