Kristina N. Bauer is an assistant professor in the industrial and organizational psychology program at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the associate chair of the department of
psychology. Her research focuses on technology-enabled instruction, self-regulated learning, and transfer of training. Bauer has presented her work at several conferences and published in Journal of Business and Psychology, Military Psychology, Computers in Human Behavior, and Academy of Management Learning & Education.
