Graduated as a dentist in 1991 ,changed carreer to management in 2002 continue to grow in experience through several positions in the Ministry of health /Iraq and a degree in Hospital mangement in 2006  , until I reached my goal and became a trainer and training manager in the National Center for human resource training 2009  ,my passion is in training and specially eLearning approach and techniques recently  specially after I  earned my Certification  in  designing and delivering elearning courses / Oregon University in 2017 , during the pandemic it was my big opportunity to start the  project of my life in establishing the new line and plan in eLearning course delivery  in the MOH /Iraq until now I have  trained 190  eInstructor and supervise the eLearning annual plan of the ministry ...hope that more will come in the next years Inshallah
