ABOUT ME

I started with Fidelity Investments shortly after obtaining my Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Ohio University. Over the years, I have held a variety of roles in many locations. I completed the Master of Arts Training & Development program at Roosevelt University in Chicago in December 2013, right before joining the Learning and Development team at Fidelity. I am also very involved with the community by volunteering with youth and advocating for animals in my spare time. All of these experiences benefit me as a learning experience architect.


I focus on designing and developing rich and meaningful learning experiences for our leaders. I believe these improve leader confidence and performance which ultimately enhances the assocaite and client experiences. I have a passion for training and development, strong organization and communications skills, and I maintain a solid work ethic in all environments. I am self-motivated to increase my own knowledge through experiences and am enthusiastic and dedicated to improving the customer experience.


What I love most about working at Fidelity are the people and the culture. I feel that we are really committed to making a difference.
