I hope this message finds you well. I was hoping to get some ideas on how you track your development hours for classes, training materials, etc. I wanted something that's a bit more intuitive than Excel. Also, are you using any cool websites/platforms to onboard your internal team members (Learning & Development, not new hires in general)? I'd love to hear about it!
