Thinking about how organizations operate and how poor analysis, under funding and razor thin resourcing can lead to awful results. Above is JFK’s memo to LBJ that was a precursor to the “space race.” He states his objective, asks about cost and timetable, only a single process question, then finally a resource question. LBJ’s response to #5; “We are neither making maximum effort nor achieving results necessary if this nation is reach a position of leadership.” JFK made his now famous speech to Congress about 30 days AFTER he had his analysis complete. #leadership #inspired #results #analysis

Wow. This really is inspiring. All of the above questions are really something to look at closely. People usually don't ask the right questions to the right people. Try and give it some thought.
