In-person learning

Timelines for in-person learning range from the very optimistic mid-summer to "back to school in September" to sometime in Q4 with some more cautious looking at Q1 2022

The predominate trending indicates some form of hybrid will ease is back in to in-person and in fact, the hybrid format may be with us for an expanded timeline

What are them major changes your organization is seeing or anticipating in L&D delivery going forward; will it be classroom learning in the corporate office or one classroom with virtual or satellite in-person classrooms around the country to minimize travel and keep gatherings small or will it be a combination of virtual, micro and then one day face-to-face

The answer is "YES". For us, the future will include all of these options. One of the things the Pandemic taught a lot of organizations is not to put all eggs in one basket.
