Homeland Security Required Training for Company Security Teams

Hello, we are a large food manufacturer with one of the largest freezers on the eastern shore. That freezer uses ammonia and that has brought Homeland oversight. We are being asked to develop a training program for plant security teams that includes the ability to recognize improvised materials, explosives and harmful packages. We have found companies that want their people to manage for us but no training we can purchase. I welcome any solutions you have found. My thanks, Dyan Connolly
