Hi Everyone!
I'm the Training Department manager at a small, private banking institution in NJ. We have just over 400 employees. I've been tasked with building a Banker Career Development curriculum and would love to hear from anyone who has put something similar in place. We're considering departmental rotations perhaps through credit admin/underwriting/loan operations for someone who would be in a commercial banker program, and similar situation through our Wealth Management division.
If anyone is willing to share what they do, or just ideas to brainstorm in general, I'd be very appreciative!
