Hi all! Hoping to get some new ideas for group activities to foster communication skills. I attend a monthly meeting with between 20-30 bankers, on the same team or close partners. We've done DISC exercises (but I'd love to know more) and a few of the other "standards" (Back to back drawing, playing card match-up, etc.). If you have an activity that was really effective with a group, would you mind sharing? Thanks!

If they are a group that works tightly together the Human Knot can be a lot of fun. Recently I did an activity where I did a survey for a group I was working with and then created cards for each of them (like Baseball trading cards). Then they were randomly distributed and the group had to figure out from the info on them who had which card. Then as an additional activity people traded their cards to get to know each other better.
