Hello ATD'ers out there!

Looking to at building a new LMS solution grounds up and I wanted to see if anyone out there uses or has considered using an LMS product called Absorb? I find it comparable to Rise  but wanted to see if anyone in our ATD community has any real world feedback with pros/cons, etc. If so, please share  your personal experiences, as any insight is well appreciated.  THANKS!

Hope it's OK if I piggy-back this discussion - Is anyone in this conversation currently using and/or familiar with Workday Learning? I'd be grateful for a conversation.
Thanks for responding Greg. We are currently using NetDimensions/PeopleFluent. We're interested in WD because our organization uses WD for a number of other HR related functions. We're interested in integrating Learning with other HR elements.

:) No worries Kevin, I'm all ears to see what other solutions are out there! :) Are you using an LMS currently and if so, what is bringing you to looking at WorkDay?

There are a ton of options when it comes to an LMS which can make it hard to figure out what may or may not be a good fit for your needs.
