Hi everyone,
New member here! My organization is interested in licensing an education program to chapters, universities, etc. I'm new to licensing so I was wondering if anyone who has done this already could share the methodology that you use (flat rate, revenue share, or both?). Also, how have you structured the relationship? Did you have any IP issues with any materials? Any past experiences you could share would be helpful!
