Since employee engagement is highly important to the success and prosperity of organizations, I was thinking of the best way to construct an employee engagement survey. I know there are too many engagement survey vendors nowadays, but I wonder if you have ever used any of them. Your recommendations on both :vendors, and the optimal way of constructing valid engagement surveys.
