Hello! My company is exploring using a new-to-us-LMS. We are currently at ~350 employees and growing. We desire a flexible, intuitive, easy to use (from the learner AND Admin perspective) system that looks modern, has great reporting, and can integrate with our HRIS and utilize Okta for SSO. We'd like a system that is established, stable, and that accepts SCORM and AICC content. Of course, we want the LMS to be fast-ish to implement (a few weeks to up to 3 months) and affordable as well.
I've read recently about learning record stores (LRS) and am intrigued by this concept of a system that tracks informal learning, outside of a traditional LMS. If there is a LMS that incorporates a LRS, I'd like to learn more about it.
I'm curious if anyone has recommendations. What LMS do you use? What do you love about it? What do you wish were different/better/improved about it? Thank you!
