Requesting Help: Building Skills Matrix

Hi all!

I was looking to see if you have any suggestions/resources on what you use or do to build skills matrices for team members. We like having a skills matrix for team members for their professional development and growth, but we don't have one for every role. I need to build them and wanted to know if you had any suggestions on where you go for competencies or norms for skills as you build a career path.
