Good afternoon, I am new to the ATD family and new to my position. I was hoping to find a contractors group, but the closest I came to that is the Manufacturers group. Curious, if anyone has a great template or process for developing project managers, estimators etc? There is a ton out on SHRM, but I haven't really liked what I've seen.
Appreciate any comments or help.
