Like many employers, we are planning a return to the office. While we will have a longer term "hybrid work" program to allow people who wish to work remotely the opportunity to do so, but we have a significant number of people who are required to be on site (we are a university).
In addition to creating a re-onboarding and training program for those who are returning to our offices/campus, I'm creating a "cultural campaign" to celebrate "back to better" (with a focus on safety, of course).
Since we can't physically congregate in a place, this campaign needs to be "distributed". Activities like "team welcome back festivities", "homecoming" signage, "music and move" surprise and delight intiatives and move. I'd love to hear what others are doing or ideas my colleagues in ATD might have. Cheap and cheerful are the themes given our significant budget cuts!
