Hello, As a part of my role, I am trying to put together a organizational learning strategy. This is the first time I have ever embarked on something so comprehensive. Wondering if there is anyone willing to share and/or mentor me through this. i have some ideas down on paper, now need to mold it to fit both now and into the future.
