As much of the world celebrates the Christmas Season, I hope all of you out there are experiencing some amount of joy whether it is from your work, your home life, or even a particularly great piece of instructional design.
Since it isn’t really practical for us all to do a physical Secret Santa gift exchange here, I thought maybe we’d try an exchange of your best learning design advice, and in that same spirit of Secret Santa we’ll put a “budget” on it that your advice cannot be more than 20 words. The advice can be serious strong advice, or something silly.
Here is my contribution:
“Always make sure learners understand what they will get out of your training, they all need that motivation to learn.”
