Pricing Models For Licensing Content

Hello All, 

My organization has been approached by another association to license some of our existing educational content. One of the programs consists of a series of self-paced, online modules. I was wondering if anyone had pricing models for licensing educational content for asynchronous programs?  The courses would be made available to their membership for free so a profit-sharing model based on course enrollment/registration is not appropriate in this case.

Kelly-here's a response I received "I encountered this at a previous company when I was Director of their Learning Center. We collected a lot of benchmarking data before we landed on our pricing structure. There are many ways to do this. Annual licensing fee - could include the whole lot of training for a subscription fee per user." I know another company that does it this way as well-lump sum fee for the license for X number of years regardless of number of users. Hope this helps.
