Learning at the Pace of Change

Published: Tuesday, November 19, 2019

As we transition into the digital age, many of us are working on up-skilling, re-skilling, or even new-skilling  our current employees.  In order to enable our employees to be successful, I firmly believe we will need to teach them new ways to learn to accelerate learning and simply just to stay current.  Is anyone else working in this space?  I'm looking to share resources and exchange ideas.  I've done a lot of research and am finding only a few resources that support teaching folks new ways to learn.  One resource I have been using as a reference is the Learning 4.0 work by Pat McLagan.  What else is out there?  What are you finding interesting?  Thanks!

I've recently found Arun Pradhan's work on learning agility and "learning to learn". I've just started going through his app (Learn2Learn), and finding the approach and content very interesting. I think it's going to be something that not only helps me but that I can also bring forward to my learners.
