As we transition into the digital age, many of us are working on up-skilling, re-skilling, or even new-skilling our current employees. In order to enable our employees to be successful, I firmly believe we will need to teach them new ways to learn to accelerate learning and simply just to stay current. Is anyone else working in this space? I'm looking to share resources and exchange ideas. I've done a lot of research and am finding only a few resources that support teaching folks new ways to learn. One resource I have been using as a reference is the Learning 4.0 work by Pat McLagan. What else is out there? What are you finding interesting? Thanks!
