Has anyone used adaptive learning for regulatory/compliance topics? What authoring tools did you use? Any suggestions for someone looking to run an inexpensive pilot?

The easiest way is to use your already existing authoring tool i.e. Storyline, Captivate and create logical branches with question banks. Each question would have a point value and depending on those values, you can make "decisions" regarding the learner's aptitude. On the high end of the spectrum, you would need an adaptive learning engine system with Ai.
