My company is updating its iPad's and I have the opportunity to use the older ones for training. I have not had the chance to do is before. Are there any suggestions on how to best use the iPad to train in a manufacturing environment?

They can be used to play learning games in training with websites like Kahoot. Really ramps up engagement.

We have paper training standards that we are planning on uploading to Surface Pros. One of the challenges that we face is how to connect the standard (paper checklists) to our content in our LMS. We have recently upgraded the system and are working to upgrade content before migrating it to the new system. I am hopefully at least taking the paper files away will encourage users to hang in there with us.

Martin, there are many ways they could be used, from access to self development and compliance ELearning programs, to moment of need answers, to team building games, and more. The best use depends a lot on what they really need, and what you are set up to deliver.
