As an organization ready to move from a "video conferenced class" to an fully-functional virtual classroom, I'm interested to know what you all are using and whether you would recommend it to others. Please share, and thank you in advance!

We currently use Skype as well as Adobe Connect.

Where I am currently, we are limited to using Skype and a conference bridge. It gets us by, but it is not an ideal solution. In the past, I was fortunate enough to use GoToMeeting, which is a great solution for training. They have a GoToTraining product as well, but GTM was great for us - we had most of the people in-house in Atlanta, about 35 in an office in Dallas, and 25-50 remotes. The training was mostly ILT with a mixed class of in-house and remotes. Good luck!
