It occurs to me that there is a gap in civic and consumer education for adults / lifelong learners. In the K-12 world, we have high school civics, at college we can take General Ed US Gov or Poly Sci. On top of that, the focus in traditional education is shifting towards career preparation (K-12: CTE, STEM, College: monetizable degrees). Curious to hear from this group about any programs you might know about or ideas for what a vibrant program would look like.
