Hi Everyone,

I want to design a simulation cases to help me in training sessions like Negotiation, Leadership, problem solving & decision making . because it is the most engaging , effective way in learning i knotice during different training, did any of you friends design something like that or you bring it ready designed from an outsource? if you have any thoughts please share it here. wish you all success.

Hello, Mohamed:
I would consider outsourcing unless you have a generous timeline. These four subjects require some good planning and some great subject matter experts to help you align these simulations with your organizational goals. Plus simulations based on these four subjects can go in so many directions. It would be of great help if you had those who are experienced in developing simulations for these subjects working with you.
