Looking for a good application/sofware to handle staff/employee scheduling of training. Presently we are using a shared outlook calendar and we need to do something different. Thanks for your help!

I feel your pain! Managing schedules and certifications is a very time consuming and manual process for me, that's why I am pushing towards a LMS solution. We are trying a pilot with BizLibrary this year but while I was shopping around, Adobe Captivate Prime had attractive features.

I found OneDrive to be very useful. I set up the training dates/times in Excel and place them on OneDrive and everyone has the option to sign up when they are available, reducing the amount of emails.

Hi Nathan, Are you looking for any particular features? It's nice to use a platform that people are already in and using, so other than Outlook, a shared Google calendar might be a good option. I'll see if anyone else has other ideas.
Generally the functionality of outlook has worked. We set up a time/date for an event and have user open the appointment and register themselves or direct report for the event (this is what I'd want to replicate). The problem is that to open it up as a shared calendar means that individuals can change the date/time of event or even delete. I've asked IT to lock it down but by putting too many restrictions on it prevents people from being able to sign up.
