I am responsible for several types of training across our organization. I'm struggling to get it all in a document, or determining what is the best format to use that is visually appealing while providing the necessary information. What does everyone use when developing their formal training plans? Some of the trainings I have are; new leader orientation, new employee orientation, leadership development, leader lunch & learns. Ideally, I want to be able to put all of in a document and demonstrate how each type of training relates to our strategic plan. Thank you for your time!
