I am fairly new in my role as a talent management partner. Back in February, we launched performance management goals. Based on the current COVID 19 situation the focus on managers having goal discussions has somewhat taken a back seat. What are some best practices your organization is currently using to ensure managers are staying engaged with their team members during these turbulent times.? Are they setting up virtual coaching conversations, etc.? Also, we are in the process of engaging our Sr. Leaders on the talent review process. We would like to push out a campaign to our team members to ensure their internal profiles are updated and 100% complete. This is beneficial for our talent review process, and it helps build a partnership with the TA team to match up the internals to potential role changes or even work on special projects.
