  • Skill/Strenth Building

I highly recommend Emergenetics, which evaluates 4 thinking attributes and 3 behavioral attributes. The tool simplifies human connection. It transforms the way teams interact and collaborates based on cognitive diversity. As a strength-based tool, it doesn't pigeon hole people, while allowing them to understand their own, and each others, comfort zones. It points out when someone is out of comfort, and will need energy to perform a task, while not excusing someone from taking on a role or task.

Our organization uses several different ones. Externally - MBTI which is part of our Leadership Training Program. The second one is Hogan which is used for selections and development. Let me know if you need more info. Internally - 360 and upward feedback.
