I have been tasked with creating a 'rubric' for assessing our trainers and facilitators on their skill in leading workshops and training events.
This is to be used for coaching - not evaluation of job performance.
I am not finding many resources to use for this and really want to support our team in delivering high-quality learning experiences for our clients.
