We are looking for a technology solution / software for "on the floor" competency sign-off. For example, a nurse is working on the competency of small wound suturing. She performs this task multiple times. Each time she needs a supervisory to sign off on her proficiency in this competency. Ideally this would take place in real-time - on a tablet or phone. Essentially a digital observation checklist . We are using Cornerstone HRIS, but the interface is quite cumbersome and inflexible for competency management and tracking. Once I find the right tool to use, I will want it to talk back to our HRIS system, but that is hurlde # 2. First I need the checklist tool.
