I am now working for a company and trying to help SMEs understand adult learning principles, as well as turning infor into curriculum. Any practical advice for changing the mindset of SMEs thinking power points are sufficient training? Do you have various ways of engaging SMEs in seeing the diff. in information verses curriculum?
