At the University of North Carolina Wilmington, we are developing a new online B.S. on Workforce Learning & Development. We are seeking feedback from potential employers of the program graduates. We are also seeking input from potential students interested in the program. If you would be willing to assist us, please follow the appropriate link to complete the survey. If you would like additional information, please contact me. I would love to tell you more about it.

I just completed the survey. I am a Curriculum Management and Design Specialist with Wake Forest Baptist School of Medicine. This undergrad program fits with a junior-level hire.
Sorry! Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.
I wish I had seen this earlier so I could have taken the survey. I am very interested in the program as a student and for my team.
Hi Kristin -- Thanks for the interest. Hopefully, the survey is still available. If you have any problems accessing it, please let me know.

I am interested in learning more about this program.
Hi Shelli -- Thanks for your interest. The program isn't in place yet, but we are requesting approval. Our hope is to begin in Fall 2021. The program would be a B.S. in Workforce Learning and Development. We used the ATD Capability Model as the Framework for the program. The focus of the degree program is Learning and Development, including instructional design, adult learning, project management, etc. If you would like to discuss it further, feel free to email me at [email protected]
