We keep hearing about industry disrupters, and the coronavirus pandemic is a distributor for the learning and talent development industry. This pandemic has cost L&D companies and professionals millions if not billions of dollars in canceled projects and contracts.
The way we’ve done business in the past is no longer valid today, and most likely, it will be less relevant in the future. As we learn more about the new norms, we will need to rely on the learners themselves to take on more responsibility for their own learning and growth.
