Polarity management is a universal framework and set of principles applied to problem solving and conflict resolution. It helps individuals identify and manage chronic issues that are seemingly unavoidable and unsolvable. They will discuss how polarity management increases in value as the issues faced increase in complexity, diversity, and resistance to change.
