Chain of Evidence: Prove Learning Solutions Contribute to Business Results (TU419)

Tuesday, May 23, 2017

Have you ever experienced frustration when business impact measurement data that was obtained and reported about following a learning solution implementation was challenged at the conclusion by leaders as a causal factor? In this session, you will be introduced to a model, known as need hierarchy, used to link investment made in developmental solutions to business impact. This model comprises four categories of needs, each of which must be identified and addressed on the front end of any learning solution. One key message is that results measurement from learning solutions is a front-end, not an after-the-fact process. Additionally, the three mistakes most frequently made when linking and measuring learning solution results to business impact will be discussed.
