Internal and external factors are changing the way people learn. Businesses expect an agile workforce, and workplace skills are turning over every 2.5 years. Information overload is overwhelming the modern learner; it is also making it hard for organizations to ensure learners are receiving the right information to perform on the job. The answer is a continuous, personalized learning experience that is relevant and delivered at the point of need. Content curation is an essential investment to meet these needs and tap into the informal learning space. This session will focus on sharing leading practices for developing a purposeful, expeditious, and integrated process improvement effort using a content curation system to help enable contextualized real-time learning, providing the talent of today with an effective but invisible learning and development experience.
