This is good information easily put into practice with all levels of an organization. I am going to employ these 4 tools with a Manager who struggles with recognizing the impact of how he occurs to others. I see that the lack of self-awareness is a root cause in the disconnect he has with how people react to him. Formal leadership programs are great for teaching self-awareness, but when you need something immediate, these 4 tools sound like a great starting point.
