Learners are made, not born. How we learn has historically focused on intelligence, memorization, and what we intuited about learning. The new science of learning emphasizes learners getting better at learning, which is significant to education being able to successfully address the rapid changes in information, human experiences, equity, and the future of work. This session was presented at the ATD21 Conference, held @Home and @HQ, in Salt Lake City, on August 28 - September 1, 2021.
