Neuroscience and HR

HR is tasked with identifying, developing, and supporting talent. To be successful, HR needs to understand why people behave as they do, and how to bring out the best in people. A successful HR function can focus on the individual and the teams on which those individuals work, as well as the larger organizational culture. The study of the mind and brain pertains precisely to such challenges, and sufficient evidence now exists to meaningfully guide the HR team. Those who learn about neuroscience will be empowered in ways HR practitioners were not in the past. They will be able to use their research to not only gain buy-in for their initiatives, but to create better ones. In this session, learn how to apply neuroscience to the HR function.
