Preparing Social Learning Community Managers to Engage

Social community managers are responsible not only for people's development or learning, but also for ensuring that the community adds value to the organization and that business targets are met through use of social learning. Providing practical examples using a social learning platform, this session will show ways managers can engage their community and explore ways to increase engagement in your learning programs. Come learn how you can effectively prepare social learning community managers to set up communities and engage with them to achieve stakeholders' measures of success in a social learning environment.
