Talent Development for a New Age: Bringing Hard (Neuro)Science to a Soft Topic (TU203)

Tuesday, May 23, 2017

How can neuroscience help us develop global talent better? How can it be used in coaching to accelerate learning? What can we learn from sports performance metrics? In this session, you'll see how technology can be leveraged to understand the human thought process in a more scientific way. Neuroscience research enables us to validate existing psychological theory and offers the opportunity to inform and involve the workforce in the very change that affects them. By evolving the leader/follower roles from a parent/child dynamic to a more adult-to-adult relationship, both the organization and the individual benefit. Relevant for anyone interested in human performance, as well as those keen to learn more about the latest developments in neuroscience, this session will feature a panel debate among four diverse professionals representing expertise in the fields of neuroscience, organizational change, business, sports, and coaching.
