The Art and Science of Training: Solving the Puzzle

How do you learn? How do you design so others learn? It's both science and art. Development strategies should be based on sound science and research, but knowing when to use them and with whom is more of an art. Art and science have always been interconnected---like a puzzle. A trainer is both a scientist who is discovering and an artist who is creating. This session tests your scientist and your artist role to design creative activities that you can use on the job. It shows you where the puzzle pieces intersect so that you can master your profession. Both scientists and artists like to have fun, and you will too as you practice 'brainy' connections and tools of the art and science puzzle.
