ATD will release new research focused on organizations that have embraced a hybrid work experience. This report will cover the hiring and onboarding experience; relationship building; the work environment; along with a basic description of the common practices of hybrid organizations. Key findings from the report include: 34% of organizations used desk hoteling and 28% used hot desking. 16% of organizations mandated that new employees come on-site their first day of work. 67% of talent development professionals said their organization was good or excellent at providing new hybrid employees with training resources during onboarding. 73% of talent development professionals agreed that hybrid employees felt like they were part of the team at their organization.
