Three weeks prior to the face-to-face component, you’ll join your peers in a private online community to complete self-directed exercises. You’ll be welcomed to the program, invited to network with your facilitator and fellow learners, and given access to key program materials and resources.
These valuable resources include the ATD Learning System Module 3 (Improving Human Performance), a business strategy and needs questionnaire for you to complete with a business leader, two job aids (Interviewing for Accuracy and Presentation Checklist), and three issues of TD at Work: “Delivering Masterful Performance Consulting,” “Introducing the Performance DNA Methodology,” and “Making the Financial Case for Performance Improvement.”

In addition, you’ll learn how to use essential problem-solving and decision-making methodologies.
