For the past 15 years Ricardo has worked with cross-cultural groups in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia, for multinational corporations and for the public sector. He has gained extensive experience in the delivery of leadership development programs, as well as soft skills and career and talent development. In fact, Ricardo is looking back at over 30 years of professional experience. One of his major skills is the ability to meet the unique challenges of every client to build high-performing teams and instill a culture of accountability, excellence, and passion. His clients now range from Microsoft, IBM and Sony to Hyundai, Abbott, AbbVie and Phillip Morris International among many others.

Leaders are building their strategies around the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) of general market conditions.
