I don’t know about you, but I am so happy to see 2020 in the rearview mirror! And while there’s a lot I could complain about regarding this past year, I’ve been so proud to see how our industry has “stepped up to the plate” to deliver for our organizations and learners. I’ve also been so happy to see how we, as an industry, have managed to maintain a sense of community and connection, despite the challenges we’ve all faced.
For our last ATD Ask a Trainer episode of 2020, the folks at ATD and I decided to do something a little different. Each month, we receive dozens of questions, but we only get the opportunity to include a few for each episode.
