MillerCoors - Leveraging Flipped Classroom to Accelerate Adoption of New Behaviors

Tuesday, September 20, 2016

During this zing round, we will discuss how the move to a flipped classroom solution was important for MillerCoors because it helped quickly close the gap between current and future competencies related to applying specific sales strategies, processes, and behaviors. The solution gave end users the opportunity to complete a significant amount of the learning experience at their own-pace, based on their own schedule, prior to coming to the in-person academy. When participants arrived, they were equipped with basic knowledge and skills, which enabled the classroom time to be spent on real-world, application-based learning.
